Founded in 1999, we currently own and operate over 8,000 units of multifamily properties in 6 states and over 30 cities. In addition to HUD HAP and LIHTC properties, Atlantic Housing owns and operates affordable housing, mixed-income multifamily assets, student housing and senior housing.

Join us as a Grant Writer, where you'll play a critical role in securing the resources that make our mission possible. In this role, you'll research funding opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and partner with internal teams to develop budgets and supporting data that bring our programs to life.
Your work will directly impact our ability to promote and preserve quality affordable housing and supportive services for families across multiple states. From federal grants to private foundations, you'll leverage your writing skills and strategic thinking to expand the Atlantic Housing Foundation's reach and impact.
Grant Writer Success Factors
Identify and research funding opportunities from federal, state, corporate, foundation, and private sources that align with AHF's mission and priorities.
Lead a structured review process so all proposals meet quality, compliance, and funder requirements before submission.
Cultivate partnerships with community agencies, educational institutions, government entities, financial institutions, corporations, and faith-based organizations serving low-income and at-risk populations.
