Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Platform Operations, Clients, and Experts

Oversee project delivery and manage project plans, resources, and budgets

Own billing operations and monitor financial performance, ensuring timely expert payments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or equivalent field

5-7 years of project management experience with direct client-facing responsibilities

Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing terms, and contract compliance

Proven success managing complex, high-volume projects with financial accountability

Proficiency with project management tools and ERP / financial systems
