job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in a hospital-based general ultrasound unit Responsible for portable and in-department ultrasound exams Large patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics Preferred experience with outpatient, OR, biopsies, pediatric appendix, intussusception, pylorus, infant heads and hips, liver elastography, contrast procedures, ovarian and testicle doppler, TIPS, renal transplant, and M-mode fetal HR Three 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, from 6 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM Use of PACS and InteleRad PACS systems, with GE and Siemens equipment preferred Epic EMR experience is required Floating to any campus within the system may be required First-time travelers are welcome to apply Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences Holiday and weekend coverage required as scheduled Non-billable online orientation modules (2–4 hours) to be completed during orientation No time off (RTO) will be approved after submission Scrub requirements : not specified; confirm with recruiter Minimum of 2 years recent general ultrasound experience Current BLS certification required ARDMS or ARRT(S) credential required Experience performing portable ultrasound required Epic EMR experience is mandatory Proficiency with PACS and InteleRad PACS required Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted Education verification required from accredited institution; certain Florida schools not accepted Background check with no open cases required License required if applicable High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
