Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs across commercial construction sites. Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead incident investigations, track corrective actions, and produce detailed reports. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to maintain a safe working environment. Facilitate ongoing safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel. Serve as the point of contact for all jobsite safety issues and emergency response.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 4 years experience as a safety manager with a commercial construction general contractor. Holds current OSHA 30-hour certification (OSHA 500 preferred). Strong working knowledge of federal and state safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Proven ability to lead safety initiatives across multiple active projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership in promoting a proactive safety culture. First Aid / CPR certified.
