Job Title : Police Officer
Job Purpose : Provide quality law enforcement services through protection of life and property; preservation of the peace; crime prevention; and enforcement of all laws, ordinances, and university regulations in a fair and impartial manner.

Employees in essential positions may be required to work during emergency closures and winter closure based on the nature of their job duties and the reasons for the closure.

Education : Associate's degree (or successful completion of 60 college credit hours) or current Wyoming peace officer certification required.

Desired Qualifications
Lateral transfers with current Advanced or Professional Wyoming peace officer certification in good standing.
