North Carolina Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding various customer concerns

Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while assisting team members as needed

Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
