Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 7 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM; Friday, 7 : 45 AM - 3 : 45 PM
Job Type : Full-Time | Consistent Schedule
Remote Flexibility : Eligible for one remote day per week after 90 days
About the Role :
LincolnHealth's Behavioral Health Comprehensive Addiction Program is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our compassionate care team in Damariscotta. This role is a key front-line position supporting patients seeking care for substance use and behavioral health services. You'll work closely with a dedicated Medical Assistant, therapists, and physicians to ensure smooth, supportive, and welcoming patient experiences.
As the only Patient Service Specialist at the desk, your role is critical in managing front office duties, patient scheduling, and administrative support in a sensitive and rewarding care environment.
