We seek a senior-level Software Engineer with a knack for writing performant, scalable, and maintainable application code. The primary responsibility is designing features in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams. You will be part of a talented collaborative team working on interesting technical challenges. These challenges, when solved, have a direct impact on the company's goals. The senior members of the team play a key role in various architectural efforts, leading feature design, and implementation. This role is for our Bellevue, WA office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing are :

• Perform code implementation, testing, and delivery to production.
• Collaborate with other teams in integration testing.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior software engineers in processes and standards.
• Participate in application troubleshooting and support, including a rotating assignment on pager duty for production issues.
• Prepare technical design documentation for projects.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Bellevue is   $150,000 - $180,000 at the time of posting ,  with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
