A respected Northwest Arkansas law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned litigators handling sophisticated, high-stakes disputes for regional and national clients.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. This role requires sound judgment, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities :

Handle a diverse docket of commercial and business litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations

Advise clients on risk management and litigation strategy

Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve efficient and effective case resolutions

Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Arkansas (or eligible for admission by reciprocity)

3–8 years of experience in commercial, business, or civil litigation

Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Proven ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
