We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to lead our provider team of 7!

PMS providers deliver exceptional care to our rural community patients on a daily basis. It is PMS' priority to take care of you :

  • 4 / 10ths schedule (4 - 8 hour work days with 2hrs allotted for travel if provider lives in ABQ or Rio Rancho)
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Relocation Stipend - Up to $10K
  • PTO plan - 25 days PTO, 9 Paid holidays
  • CME stipend & days off - 40 hrs annually

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduation from a medical school approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or the Committee on Hospitals of the Bureau of Professional Education of the American Osteopathic Association, or Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners or the National Board of Osteopathic Examiners or the New Mexico Medical Board.

    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

  • License to practice medicine by the State of New Mexico
  • DEA license and New Mexico Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
  • Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers
  • Medicaid number
  • Have or be able to obtain BLS / CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.

    • Screening Requirements :

  • TB Test (and upon exposure in accordance with PMS Policies).

    • If assigned to the Checkerboard Area Health System (Cuba Health Center), this position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment :

  • Criminal Records Check.
