Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive, professional support via phone, email, and live chat for payroll and tax software
Log, triage, and resolve support cases in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
Guide clients through workflows and year-end processes during support sessions
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
1+ years of experience in technical support, call center, or customer service roles
Must have consistent, high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment for taking calls
Dependable, organized, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision
Availability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during peak season
