We are looking for a creative, data-driven social leader to drive brand growth across social platforms. You’ll own our social and influencer strategy end-to-end, leading content, community, and creator programs that inspire engagement and turn awareness into brand love.

This is not a remote position . It is located in Newtown PA. Ideal candidate is excited about joining a passionate team Monday -Thursday on the goat farm each day.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success in driving measurable brand growth through social media strategy and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a track record of building communities, scaling engagement, and turning social channels into powerful brand growth engines. Beauty or consumer goods experience is strongly preferred, and we’ll want to see examples of how you’ve successfully grown and elevated a brand through your social and influencer leadership.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Lead the brand’s social and influencer strategy, driving follower growth, engagement, and loyalty across all platforms.
• Develop and manage content calendar that tell our brand story and amplify new launches.
• Oversee paid social campaigns and collaborate on performance optimization and ROI.
• Build and lead influencer and creator partnerships, negotiating contracts and measuring results.
• Manage and mentor a Social Media Specialist, guiding execution and professional growth.
• Track and report on KPIs, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Stay ahead of social, beauty, and content trends to keep Dionis’s storytelling fresh and relevant.
