Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Law Clerk to join our Mankato office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and paralegals on a variety of legal projects while gaining valuable experience in many areas of transactional law. The position is ideal for an undergraduate or law school student who is passionate about pursuing a legal career.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Perform essential administrative duties such as organizing transaction closing books, company record books and handling various office tasks.
• Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting research under the guidance of attorneys and paralegals.
• Support attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with a range of projects, contributing to both client-facing and internal initiatives.
• Opportunity to grow into responsibilities including client communication and advanced document drafting as you develop in the role.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have :

A background as an undergraduate student or law school student is preferred.

The salary range for this position in Mankato is estimated to start at $20 / hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
