This job is responsible for handling complex files and effectively preventing client escalations. Key responsibilities include performing various production and support functions, accurately entering data and assembling documents. Job expectations include monitoring and reviewing documentation against requirements, and leveraging reporting to perform job functions with strong understanding of metrics across multiple workstreams and systems.

Setting high personal work standards and managing daily activities to meet deadlines is paramount to daily job functions. Candidate will demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all areas of responsibility and ensure strong collaboration with business partners to ensure that we deliver timely for our customers and clients.
Additional Responsibilities :
Work all assigned Credit Center engagements within required SLA based on complexity (number of collateral, address type, etc.).Respond timely to all communications from the FLU regarding Credit Center engagement status update requests.Ensure accuracy of all determinations being returned to the FLU (whether requested manually or through automation), including recognition of multi tranche scenarios and updating collateral for split determinations.Review the Engagement Comment Log prior to returning a Credit Center engagement to the FLU to ensure requests from the FLU are being considered.Utilize the Engagement Comments Log to document actions and provide updates using clear and specific language.Completes primary financial booking and initial loan funding. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR financial data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-work.Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy.Manage document pipeline and archive into respective repositories.Maintain timeliness and quality to business standards.Document ALL engagements with detail of work.Required Qualifications :
1+ years of previous Loan Documentation, Underwriting, or Credit Risk experience.Basic operations knowledge with previous insurance, commercial, or consumer banking experience or equivalent educationMust be a team player and promote consistent collaboration.Strong oral and written communication skillsProficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAble to learn and adapt quickly, hold self and others accountable for high performance standards.Desired Qualifications :
Previous experience as an Insurance Agent or Customer Service RepresentativeMinimum Education Requirement : High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
