Skilled Construction Helper

Location : Ridgeville, SC

Pay : $20 / hr + 1025 hours of overtime weekly (weekly pay)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM start time (50+ hours / week)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

We're hiring five skilled helpers / technicians to support a major construction project in Ridgeville / Summerville, SC area. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the largest general contractor in the country, on a high-profile, cutting-edge build.

You'll be part of a self-performing team handling a wide range of tasks across a massive 250-acre site. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • General labor and site support
  • Setting up barriers, tents, and site infrastructure
  • Material transport and jobsite cleanup
  • Pressure washing and restroom maintenance
  • Assisting leads and taking direction

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Experience in construction or outdoor environments (landscaping, farming, etc. are acceptable)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, tape measures, and basic carpentry - proficiency is not required

  • General labor and construction experience
  • Carpentry, framing, jackhammer use
  • Cleanup and site maintenance
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use tools safely

  • Must present professionally and respectfully
  • Must pass drug screen

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
