A Family Practice Physician providing outpatient care on a temporary basis. The role involves covering for leave in a flexible work environment, seeing 18-20 patients per shift across a four-day workweek. Candidates must be board certified with an active Colorado state license and meet specific vaccination requirements.

Details :

  • Out-patient Setting
  • For leave coverage
  • 4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
  • Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off
  • 18-20 patients per Shift
  • Locum provider will have their own MA
  • Temp privileges may be available for credentialing

Requirements

  • Active CO State License or IMLC
  • Board Status : Board Certified Minimum Years Experience(if applicable) : More than 2 years
  • Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
  • Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
  • Certification : ACLS

    • Schedule

  • 4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
  • Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off Site is looking for 6 months of full-time coverage, with the opportunity to extend and go permanent
