Job Description
Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and estimates. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes and goals. Conduct risk assessments and propose value engineering solutions. Prepare detailed cost analysis and bid proposals. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Present project plans and cost estimates to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams throughout the preconstruction phase.
