What You Will Do

As a Storage Administrator, Level 3, you will play a critical role in managing, securing, and maintaining enterprise-grade storage systems. You will lead the configuration and troubleshooting of NetApp and Commvault environments, contribute to documentation and process improvement, and support the infrastructure through mentorship and collaboration. This position involves proactive performance monitoring, security compliance, and participating in an on-call rotation to support 24 / 7 operations.

This position involves proactive performance monitoring, security compliance, and participating in an on-call rotation to support 24 / 7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot database and system backups
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to NetApp and Commvault storage systems
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including SOPs and best practices
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level support engineers
• Ensure all storage environments meet security compliance standards
• Monitor and report on key metrics to maintain service health and availability
• Stay current on NetApp technologies and certifications
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in the 24 / 7 on-call support rotation for critical storage issues
