Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An elementary school requires a full-time Special Education Teacher for students in grades K-2 with emotional disorders. This is a full-semester contract position based in Alliance, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with emotional disorders
• Adapt classroom lessons to support diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress regularly
• Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and social development
