Position Overview :
Join us as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist, where you will actively engage with children aged 0-18 in a nurturing and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on assessing and developing personalized treatment plans that enhance children's mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. In addition, you will provide crucial guidance and education to families and caregivers, enabling them to support their child's therapy journey effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's physical capabilities and developmental milestones.
- Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient needs and progress.
- Deliver targeted therapy interventions aimed at improving strength, mobility, balance, and motor skills.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of pediatric specialists, including occupational and speech therapists, as well as medical professionals.
- Educate and empower families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs to support their child's development.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation and progress notes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric therapy techniques, trends, and best practices.

Current and valid Physical Therapist license.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Experience with pediatric patients is preferred; however, new graduates with a passion for pediatric care are welcome to apply.Strong understanding of pediatric development and therapeutic techniques.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effective in engaging with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse caseload effectively.Dedicated to continuing education and professional development.Compensation : $70,000 - $95,000 Yearly Salary
