The Gen>

NEXTer will be a part of the Technical Planning / Engineering team and work alongside the team members in different projects and areas during this rotation.

• Main objectives will be to support existing vehicle Production processes as well as new model industrialization.
• Other tasks may include, but not limited to : design, project management, digitalization, excel macro, process cycle time and adherence, etc.

The qualified intern / Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions :

• Concept and Development of process layouts, equipment and tooling design, and process steps.
• Participate in Design reviews of new model tooling.
• Process evaluation for overall Production output - cycle time and availability.
• Project management and supplier management.

Qualifications :

• Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
• Willingness to learn.
• Team player mindset.
• Self-driven to push projects and tasks forward.
• Good Communication skills.
• Problem Solving / Analytical skills.
• Organized and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Basic CAD knowledge (preferred Catia).
• Preferred but not mandatory : Excel macro, Sharepoint, Apex, etc.
