Lead UX Designer

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of user-centered solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams

Advocate for a systems-based design methodology to enhance scalability and quality

Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate implementations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience

6+ years of product design experience

Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Framer, and Adobe software

Understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience in retail / fashion brand and e-commerce is preferred
