POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Founder. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a trusted partner to the Founder, you will play a critical role in ensuring his daily operations run smoothly anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and enabling strategic focus.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes for meetings, ensuring the Founder is well-prepared
- Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the Founder
- Assist with internal communications and team updates
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-ups
- Own and manage special projects on behalf of the Founder, ensuring deadlines are met
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Handle travel logistics including flights and itineraries
- Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with senior leadership, board members, and partners professionally and with discretion
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES :
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or foundersBachelor's degree in business, Communication, or related study preferredProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to manage under pressure and thrive in ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismA self-directed, resourceful, and creative problem solver able to deliver accurate results with minimal supervisionTakes pride in delivering outstanding service to others in every interactionJob requires occasional travelThis position is 100% onsite, in-office in Jackson, WY.
