The Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program (NG-MIP) is an approved SkillBridge Program under DoD Instruction 1322.29. The NG-MIP program provides transitioning service members with valuable civilian work experience through an internship during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days. The program is open to all ranks and experience levels. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Northrop Grumman, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as Active-duty service members.

Primary Level Salary Range : $72,100.00 - $108,100.00
Secondary Level Salary Range : $88,600.00 - $133,000.00
The salary range is a general guideline, and Northrop Grumman uses various factors to determine base salary offers, including scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may be offered depending on the position. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. VP / Director level positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Benefits include health, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off.
