Basic Responsibilities :

• Review and update release dates for summaries
• Update the Daily Summary Tracking Report
• Process summaries and invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain the Manifest Quantity Report
• Scan and organize important documents
• Review and update FTA / 9801 reports
• Download / upload Daily Invoice Packets via Microsoft Teams
• Manage weekly / monthly summary invoicing
• Upload requested summary documents to the ACE Portal
• General filing duties
