Production Manager
The Production Manager will be responsible for :
- Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
- Monitoring and optimizing workflows to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Implementing and maintaining safety and compliance protocols in line with industry regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production methods and reduce costs.
- Analyzing production data and generating reports for management review.
- Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Addressing and resolving production-related issues promptly.
- Ensuring the effective use of equipment and resources to maximize productivity.
