Affiliate Marketing Senior Lead

A company is looking for an Affiliate and Content Senior Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the affiliate program end-to-end, including acquisition, activation, and performance optimization

Recruit and onboard new high-potential affiliates and build relationships with top affiliates

Monitor performance metrics and work cross-functionally to ensure effective feedback loops

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer-driven acquisition

Proven track record in scaling affiliate programs, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS

Deep knowledge of the Amazon seller ecosystem and affiliate dynamics

Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring conversions and ROI

Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools such as Looker, GA, and CRM systems
