Shift : 2nd - Monday - Thursday 3 : 30 pm - 2 am

What You’ll Do

As a Casting Operator, you’ll be part of the team that produces the high-quality components that make our transformers reliable. You’ll set up and operate casting equipment, monitor quality, and help keep production running safely and smoothly. Additionally, you'll :

• Operate and adjust casting equipment to meet production standards
• Inspect finished parts and ensure quality requirements are met
• Troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
• Record production data and help maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals

Work Environment

You’ll work in a hands-on environment that can be noisy and hot at times, but where safety comes first. PPE (eye and hearing protection, gloves, safety toe footwear) is required.
