Responsibilities Medication & Treatment : Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies. Resident Support : Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, maintaining accurate records. Personal Care : Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans. Community Standards : Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment. Requirements C.N.A. Certification : Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut. Med Pass Certification : Obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided. Bilingual Applicants : Encouraged to apply.
