Account Executive - Outside B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities : (Your job is to hunt down new customers! This means you will be out in the field prospecting and setting up meetings with business owners to discuss their shipping needs.)
- Lead presentations with executives / owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume
- Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
- Present a streamlined technology solution by developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
- Take the lead in coordinating / developing / managing all aspects of the proposal process
- Close, activate, and train decision-makers on our exclusive shipping platform
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Meet monthly quotas
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients and developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Required Qualifications and Competencies :
Sales experience, sales internship, or related experience preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma requiredEffective negotiation skills and objection handlingAbility to be coachable, work independently with little instruction, and adapt to changeComfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethicTeam-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable playerAbility to listen, learn, and implement strategies from our Top Tier training programStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clientsAbility to leverage our strategic partnerships with DHL International, UPS, and various carriers to provide the best-customized solution to meet and exceed our customers' needsWhat We Offer :
