Why we need you

The Warehouse Lead / Returns Logistics Specialist will provide leadership and oversight to the warehouse team, ensuring the proper documentation and identification of all contract and warranty service parts, and consumable material being returned from our customers and Field Service Technicians. This role is also responsible for driving process improvements, coaching team members, and maintaining efficient operations.

What you will be doing

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and coordinate logistical processes.
• Create, implement, and follow standardized processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Properly identify and process incoming material returns, and ensure paperwork and system transactions are completed.
• Process all Return Material Authorizations (RMA) activities to ensure timely customer credits while protecting company interests.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide material feedback to continuously improve and maintain standards and procedures.
• Prepare required paperwork for return of unused, warranty, and repairable material.
• Maintain a neat, organized working area.
