Technical Cybersecurity Director

The Technical Director is technically oriented and serves as subject matter expert for technical services provided to clients. This includes developing and advancing services, providing technical expertise to project teams, and business development teams. This position also includes maintaining relationships with clients and key decision makers to help identify follow-on business opportunities and maintain customer intelligence.

What You Will Do :

• Provide technical expertise and direction to project teams, ensuring project planning and execution align with objectives.

Act as a subject matter expert in OT / ICS cybersecurity, offering technical guidance and oversight on client engagements.

Actively attend meetings with new and existing clients to discuss technical topics and address their needs.

Participate in marketing activities, conference presentations, and development of technical whitepapers to position the firm as a thought leader in OT / industrial cybersecurity.

Ensure all engagements align with relevant cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coach and mentor junior consultants and engineers, fostering skills development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Partner with organizational leadership to refine practice strategies, assist with go-to-market initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

It Would Be Nice If You Have :

Credentials such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC GICSP, ISA / IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or sector-specific security certifications preferred.

Salary Range : $200-225k
