Are you a detail-oriented Staff Accountant seeking purpose-driven work in a supportive, mission-focused environment? Our faith-based organization in South Nashville is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our dedicated team and help steward our financial operations with excellence and integrity.

As a Staff Accountant , you'll play a key role in managing general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. You'll also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across departments.

We're looking for a Staff Accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using their skills to support a greater mission. You'll work closely with leadership to maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies, and support audits and external reporting.

The ideal Staff Accountant will bring :

• 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Must have experience with month-end close
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Alignment with our faith-based mission and values
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, but not required
