Position Summary :

Voltaris Power LLC is a Private Equity backed, industry-leading company providing custom engineered solutions and electrical products such as low- and medium-voltage switchgear, dry-type power transformers (including power distribution unit transformers, medium voltage transformers etc.), unit substations and automatic transfer switches, catering to a diverse North American market.

The company has over $80+ million in annual revenues and is actively pursuing various acquisition opportunities as part of its value creation plan to strategically scale and diversify product portfolio, customer base and end markets.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Systems / Switchgear Estimator (remote) to join the Pioneer Custom Electrical Products business unit, to generate pricing and proposal documents. This position plays an important role in shaping project success by ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates across a diverse range of electrical infrastructure products including switchgear, e-houses, skid-mounted systems, and modular power distribution equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Switchgear Cost Estimating

Guide development of, review and approve complex estimates for large-scale or custom projects, ensuring completeness and alignment with company margin targets.

This position requires 30% + travel, including occasional overnight stays. Travel may be local, regional, or depending on project needs.

Qualifications and Skills :

Excellent analytical, communication, task prioritization skills. Must have a heightened sense of urgency and be results oriented.

CRM and ERP (NetSuite+) tools, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
