We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. The Accounting Clerk will support the Tonkawa accounting office by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key responsibilities include :

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related financial tasks
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Processing quarterly sales tax payments
• Support other accounting functions as needed
