A company is looking for a Non-Conforming Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan files for compliance with company and investor guidelines

Communicate loan decisions to relevant parties and maintain productivity standards

Perform manual underwriting and provide guidance on loan programs to processors

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years of recent NON-QM mortgage underwriting experience

Ability to review and calculate complex personal and business financials

Experience with Encompass loan origination system for at least 1 year

Solid understanding of underwriting guidelines for NON-QM Investors

Experience in a fast-paced team environment
