Mortgage Loan Processor

Location : Birmingham, MI (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, preparing mortgage loan files, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all mortgage regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, verify, and process mortgage loan applications.
• Communicate with borrowers to collect required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated loan files.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely loan approvals.
• Manage deadlines to ensure efficient loan processing.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications :

Job Type : Full-time, on-site

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation : $60,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary plus commission)

Requirements : Must be able to commute to Birmingham, MI. Remote work is not available.
