• Patients per Day : 20+
• Call Details : Beeper call; 20-minute response time; 10 days per month

• Practice Setting : Inpatient and outpatient
• Admissions Required : Yes
• Support Staff : 1 RN, 6 office staff
• Onsite Resources : 2 audiologists; clinic equipped for select in-office procedures Requirements
• Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Active WI license or IMLC
• ACLS and BLS
• Clean history Clinical Details
• Scope : General Otolaryngology (surgical and non-surgical)
• Typical Procedures : - Bread-and-butter ENT procedures - Endoscopic procedures (septal, sinus, laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy preferred) - Tracheotomy - General head and neck surgery - Thyroidectomy and parotidectomy (preferred) Compensation
• Rates : Facility is accepting bids
