Certified Occupational Therapist / COTA

Join our amazing team of occupational and speech therapists! We are in need of an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, initially part-time with strong probability of moving into full-time. Duties will be to focus on helping children gain the skills that they need to be successful and independent within the community, school, and at home through improving skills in the area of fine motor, social, emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensorimotor, and visual motor. Our small but rapidly expanding clinic provides occupational and speech therapy services with both professions collaborating to maximize the children's success through play-based interventions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Daily documentation - SOAP note in EMR
• Evaluation and annual re-evaluation reports (OT only)
• Provide interventions consistent with treatment plan based on evidence based practice, provider protocol, and governing standards
• Ability to convey relevant information to other members of the treatment team and caregiver(s)

Previous experience in pediatric setting preferred. Idaho OT / COTA license is required. You will also need the ability to build rapport with patients and their families, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a positive attitude, have great interpersonal skills, and most importantly, enjoy children!

Pay dependent on experience and certification (OT or COTA), $25.00 - $60.00 / hour.
