Costumed Beverage Server

As a Costumed Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in elevating the guest experience by providing exceptional service in an entertaining environment. Your responsibility will be to serve beverages with style, captivating guests with your enthusiasm and charm. This position demands a dedication to customer service, creativity, and the ability to embrace the themed experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Create a fun-filled, entertaining environment.
• Greet guests with fast, friendly service, incorporating a stage persona.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, drink quality, and cleanliness.
• Have knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and prices.
• Take orders, serve drinks, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials.
• Check guest identification and manage excessive drinking responsibly.
• Write orders and handle payments.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance, and safety.
