Job Type : Full Time | Nights

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000

  • Your Role as a Float RN

    As a Float RN , you’ll be a vital part of our healthcare team, working across all acute care units to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with established standards
  • Administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments
  • Documenting patient care and monitoring conditions to communicate effectively with the care team
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
  • Mentoring and training staff, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Leading the resolution of complex issues and complaints
  • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Current RN license to practice in the state of KY
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience
  • ACLS & PALS certifications as per unit-specific requirements
