1st Shift : 7am-3pm (M-F)

2nd Shift : 3pm-11pm (M-F)

3rd Shift : 11pm-7am (Sun Night - Th Night)

  • An Operations Technician is part of our pay for skills program and allows individuals to continue to build skills providing opportunities to increase their compensation.
  • Skill blocks may include skills in Assembly, Machine Operation or Material Handling.

Essential Functions

  • Individuals with Material Handling skills receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

    • Education / Experience

  • One of the following is required : (1) High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), (2) work experience which demonstrates performance competency

    • Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to drive a Stand-Up Hilo / Forklift
  • Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals.
  • Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
  • Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.
  • Required to communicate and to be able to see with or without correction.
