Staff Up is NOW HIRING Manufacturing Technicians in Mequon, WI 53092!

Pay rate : $16.25HR

Shift : 4 : 00am - 12pm, Monday to Friday + Overtime when needed & Possible Weekends

Job Title : Manufacturing Technician TCO

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to build custom shoe inserts using patient's foot scans. Will be working with 250 - 350 degree ovens, vacuum suction machine, band saw and grinding machines.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a daily production goal of 4 orders per hour.
  • Working near hot ovens to produce inserts.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
  • Flex between departments to provide support where coverage is needed

Qualifications :

  • Excellent attendance record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Grinding machine, band saw and vacuum suction machine experience
