Key Responsibilities Design plans for large animal facilities and agricultural waste management projects Prepare stormwater and erosion control plans Develop details, specifications, and technical reports Prepare regulatory submittals Conduct construction documentation services Provide project management and act as liaison to regulatory agencies or contractors Identify and develop new clients to help grow the company Review and approve plans prepared by others Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Biological Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Wisconsin P.E. license 8+ years of engineering experience Knowledge of NRCS and DNR standards and specifications Familiarity with agricultural livestock systems including animal housing, waste storage, pumping stations, and piping systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD Why Join Us?
