AOD Case Manager

BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Case Manager to expand our mission in providing superior addiction treatment, including innovative and personalized medication-assisted treatment and counseling. The AOD Case Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating patient care and offering support and guidance to individuals battling opioid use disorder and other substance abuse issues. This role requires a compassionate approach, robust knowledge of addiction treatment protocols, and the ability to tailor interventions to meet individual patient needs.
