Senior Government Subcontracting Specialist

As a Senior Government Subcontracting Specialist here at Honeywell, you will oversee and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity / category and / or region as per the Annual Operating Plan. This position will lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs. Ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export / Import regulations, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you'll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management, specifically related to FAR and DFARS, will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions.
