Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and claims processing
- Provide accurate and timely information about insurance products and services
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the agency management system
- Collaborate with agents and team members to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build lasting relationships
- Support administrative tasks as needed to help the agency run smoothly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredValid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire)Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficient with computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)Knowledge of State Farm products is a plus, but training will be providedDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsFriendly, patient, and professional demeanor
