Collector II
The Collector II will primarily emphasize the handling / collecting of delinquent accounts greater than 3 days past due and beyond based on business needs. This position also assists owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contract(s). The Collector II will also be expected to provide additional leadership support in the department to assist the Supervisors and Leads. The collector will also be expected to be certified in both call skills and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
