Red Hook Tavern is looking for a great supporting back server.

Like the entire staff at Red Hook Tavern, our busser / runner should be frendly, hardworking, and excitied to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality. Come and be a part of our great team!

Job Description :

• Work closely with team of servers, bartenders, hosts, dishwashers, chef & cooks in a fast-paced service environment
• Present a neat and professional appearance
• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests
• Ensure patio and dining setup is well stocked and clean
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist in patio setup & breakdown
• Display enthusiasm and knowledge about the Tavern's menu and ingredients
• Complete all opening and closing busser / runner side work and mise en place in a timely fashion

Requirements :

S trong time management skills  are needed to prioritize duties and maintain the patio and dininig room's flow of guests.  Adaptability and weekend availability a must! We are currently serving lunch 3 days and dinner 7 days a week.
