Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service for general account and payment questions

Navigate and resolve complex offshore escalations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience

At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Reliable private internet connection and secure home office environment

Ability to work Monday-Friday from 10 : 00AM-7 : 00PM CST
